I found out that where I work, if you loose a body part in the job then you get extra money to subside for it.

5 grand for a finger.... I seriously considered walking over to the bansaw for that one lol

Well crap. I work on an Ortho/Neuro unit... and ironically I can't think of any way to lose a limb there. :(

At this rate it might just be a two footpower vehicle.

Forget the meth/water injection...he can double his power if he invites a passenger.

You could ram into into a nurse and she might cut it off for you... But, then again... How much money can you get for 3"? :luvya:

There's a new cure for seriously dangerous infections that a hospital in Massachusetts developed. They put poop in a pill and it's superior to any antibiotic.

They give you $50 per dump if you are a suitable donor.

Between that fecal fund and the spank bank I could easily be earning six figures and help pay for your truck parts.

Have a question for you. Relates back to when your truck was still driveable and sitting on 35's...

Did you ever tub, or did you just trim you fenders and do a cab mount chop? 99% sure 35's will be next after my 33's are done, but don't know how soon I'll be able to tub. It seems like you were able to make due without tubbing, or am I just missing it somewhere?

That's why I was asking him. I'm probably missing it, but I don't see where he ever did.

Again, I still plan to tub, just don't know if I'll be able to before my 33's are done. I will when I have time, tools, and people more knowledgeable about it to help me.

You can move the truck...but not drive it haha..of that makes sense..like. You can move it sorta around the yard or shop whatever. But drive it around like a dd..no way. Won't be able to turn or go over bumps.

Hmm, how did he get away with it for the little amount of time that he did drive to trails on the 35's? That's the part that I'm confused by... Haha

And yeah, jon tubbed a metric shit ton! Lol there's no way you could drive it with out tubbing it. I cut a good bit out of my fire wall and now I'm hitting the front of my fender well at full stuff like where the battery box is

Wtf are you talking about? He never drove it to trails without tubing..

He drove it without cutting the fenders..and regretted it haha but that's it. Was still tubbed.

Jon tubbed, I remember reading where he used his gmas or moms car while she was out of town so he could tub for them.

Ah, good to know. That's what I was trying to get answered the whole time haha
Read my first post today. I asked HIM whether or not he had tubbed.
Thanks for answering my question Dylan

What? Haha that's what I was asking this whole time.

Just let me be in denial so I can justify getting 35's next instead of having to wait through another set off 33's!!! :p

Thanks for reminding me that I need to clean up the build thread. :anonymous:

Tubbing starts waaaaaaaay back here -
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/1st-gen-builds/198660-45acp-s-divorced-build-12.html#post5046932

I drove on 35s without tubbing for like a week, but I beat the shit out of what was left of the pinch weld area and trim the fenders. I was able to drive around town okay except for turning into driveways/parking lots.

I'd say there's a slight chance you may be able to get away without tubbing if you adjust the caster all the way forward. I was gonna try that but the shop wanted to charge an extra $100 on top of the cost of the alignment.

    Ah, thanks!

Good to know, guess I was dreaming it was possible more than anything. Will still probably do it just so I'll force myself to want get the tubbing done...

I know what you mean about the caster deal. They put .01 caster on my most recent alignment, so now I rub the driver side when reversing left. Meant to tell them to put in 2* if possible... Can't believe they wanted to charge you an extra $100...
