Thought I'd post some quick pictures, progress has been less than desirable (surprise!) here are some of the welds. The last one is with flux core on 1/4", neither of which I've used before working on this crossmember.

Knowing Wyoming boyz... probably with superhuman snot

    :p

Nice work Jon... truck looks sick. What's most impressive is the high quality of work you've self-taught yourself to do.

    You're the inspiration

    Thanks guys!

I'm in a jam now though and don't know what to do! :goingcrazy:
I plugged in the tail lights and all the lights work just fine with the exception of the red lights that are supposed to be constantly on in conjunction with the headlights (which work fine too). They don't seem to be working at all, and can't get the license plate lights going either. I don't understand because all I did was unplug them, did the bob, and plugged them back in. I'm completely lost.:(

    Sheet metal screws.

    Youtube FTW!

I don't have an owner's manual so I checked all the fuses and they look okay from what I can tell. (Not broken, burned, whatever I'm supposed to be looking for.) The dual filament bulbs look okay too. One filament obviously doesn't light up but it's intact.
