Shipping would probably kill the deal on that. It would probably be like 100 I'm guessing

No, was gonna get rid of the one I made last year :anonymous:

I want to incorporate the rear bumper into tubing the rear and it would be easier to just make a new one.

Just orders the 5100/AAL lift. 15x8 wheels and 33x12.50 tires...
I would be VERY interested in your bumper around the $300 mark. I live in the Denver area, and I have been looking at getting that exact bumper for my 99 Tacoma. Your price is a little cheaper than a brand new one from addicted. I would love to have 1st dibs on this when you come to town. :)

Thought I'd update the build thread.

I used about 70 bucks worth of materials and built the new bumper with the JD2 bender. Turned out better than I expected.

I plan on having a portable winch so I can use one front or rear, cut down on weight on the front end (and overall), help protect the winch from damage, and get better clearance/approach angles.

Started with the crossmember Scotty at AO put together for me

Test fit for the main hoop location

I had some leftover 1/4" wall square tubing from building my rear bumper and added it for an extra mounting point for the new front. I also chopped the corners of the crossmember and and trimmed up the front fenders a bit.

    P1280815_zps8dfab1dc_26b098e74c8b883bbeb96d4b853b538336ce0827.jpg

Got the rest of the tube tacked on

Removed the bumper and finished welding and painting it. My welds are starting to look better but it would also help if I wasn't working in a dimly lit garage and couldn't see what I was doing half the time.

    Done!

And a comparison shot for improved approach angle

Been looking on Craiglist for the last few months for a Dana 60 and found one over the weekend that I couldn't pass up! Feels like I won the lottery or something since it's the exact axle I was looking for and it popped up 2 miles from me.

    Can't.... wait...
