I'm running 33x12.5's on 3.75bs and do not rub.

If I'm locked and stuffed I'll rub the frame slightly and rub the fender. Although, the fender rubbing is better since I hammered it out some. Need to do a little more.

Got it done, mounted, and working. I ended up just using some HD zip ties and attached it to the radiator frame. Had to relocate the pump to the lower pipe because it was gonna be next to impossible to mount the reservoir with the pump squashed against the frame. In doing so, I added 2" to the overall length of the lower pipe.

The other end goes underneath the fan and butts up against the frame

How the pump sits. Apparently all it takes to bypass the low fluid sensor, is to simply cut the wires.

9/2/14 Edit: 4.3 Vortec installed, NP3500, custom NP233 transfer case, high pinion dana 44 SAS with ARB, 4.88 gears, bobbing the bed, 5" lift, boxed rear frame, custom s10 fuel tank mount, etc. 12/16/13 Edit: Currently tearing down a 2000 Blazer to transplant the 4.3 Vortec and 5spd manual transmission (NV3500 I believe) into the Taco. It'll pass CO emissions when done. Planning to post a thread once complete. E-Locker, budget CAI and exhaust, Warn Powerstation, Addicted Off Road bumper, ToyTec OME w/AAL lift, aftermarket stereo w/10 inch subwoofer (only cool when you realize how I fit it in a reg cab truck), dual lexus horns, roll bar, off road lights, CB radio, Powertrax Lock Right locker (front diff), ejecto seat, laser/phaser/ion ray gun, oil slick, heat seaking missles...
Nice mod man, and I love my Addicted bumper. Did you do anything special with the included LED blinkers to achieve 'normal' blinker speed again? Thinking about wiring in a resistor to simulate normal bulbs. Also found the cover for my Warn Powerplant HP won't fit with this bumper, trying to find a solution...

How it sits now should be attached (trying to figure out the pic posting).

Currently sitting in the garage, awaiting a Powertrax Lock Right locker installation to the front diff. After much reading decided it was ok to do with my manual hubs while keeping my budget. The rear e-locker I installed gets me through most things, but when the going gets tough I want a front locker too.

I left the signals with hyper blink. I got used to it after a day or so. I've been told by multiple people that the signals are way too small anyway, so I'm gonna put turn signals in the corner lights. Truck looks good, BTW. What's going on behind the Hellas?

Found out via a thread here I think. Call a dealership with your VIN to find out. I believe you can also find out on the Toyota Owner's website.

Yeah it is the Warn Powerplant HP. Sad thing is the case that goes over the air compressor pump and resivoir tank wont fit with the AO bumper, I'd have to trim it (as shown in the attached pic, red box). Good thing is I bought it used off Craigslist so it wouldnt hurt so much to trim it I guess. Much of my truck is from CL, I'll have to write a budget build article sometime, so far I have about $5K into the truck and that includes a spare 3RZ motor (88K miles) and a spare transmission/transfer case, for when I break the 225K mile drivetrain I have haha.

I've done a little reading on adding blinkers to the running lights by the headlights. Would be neat to wire in relays to allow them to be normally on, and blink opposite the LED blinkers. It'd take a little thinking but it might be possible to have them work normally and still do this, I'll have to give it some thought...

I had thought of doing that and found this article on yotatech. Didn't try it though, got too lazy and cheap. It looks way better then just drilling out and throwing the turn signal lights in with your sides.

Thanks, that looks a lot like what I was imagining. I'm either going to do something like that or use a 2 filament bulb and wire it to be running/blinker. I plan on leaving in my current LED blinkers on the new bumper, and figure if I wire in regular bulbs in series it will pull the blinker speed back to normal (the hyper speed blinking is driving me crazy haha).

Random question, do you guys tack weld one or more of your winch mounting bolts to keep it from being easily stolen? Some guys at work tell me they wouldnt park it outside without doing so. With my new bumper I'd have to do that to the winch and the bumper...

I finally got around to installing my diff drop tonight and realized I need to trim the fwd skid to fit around the fwd diff mounts :laser:

I guess it couldn't hurt to do that, but I never tack welded the bolts. I guess in WY we didn't worry much about things getting stolen, and I don't think there's much of a market for winches in WI.

Lol good to know. Although as of tonight I might want someone to steal it, for some reason the knob that switches from winch to air compressor is making bad electrical contact...

I put in a Powertrax Lock Right locker in my front diff this weekend, I'll have to do a writeup, it was both easier and harder than I thought it'd be.
