    Touché.

I think I have the rear links set up. Waaayy more travel than I need or could use. The difference in the bump/droop pics is just to measure the extremes (~26" travel)

In that full range, pinion angle changes a total of 6 degrees. Got it pointing at the t-case at ride height.

Looking good man. How did you figure out the geometry of the links?

lol yeah that's pretty much how it went.

The link calculator is pretty much useless until you actually have the links in. It's good for getting an idea of how the vehicle will behave/where you're at in regards to anti-squat, roll axis, etc. and tweaking the geometry that you already have. It doesn't take pinion angle and drive shaft extension/compression into account.

Today I lowered the frame end upper link brackets an inch (4" vertical separation now) and got the rest of the numbers squared away.

Lower links are 59" and upper links are 49 3/4". About 6" of up travel and 12" down. Pinion angle changes a total of 10 degrees (9 at bump, 12 at ride height pointing at the tcase, and 19 at droop). Drive shaft compression/extension travel is a total of 2 5/8".

is 2" gonna make much of a difference? I've liked the Taco wheelbase so far, much more stable than a jeep or similar.

I hate not being able to fully insert and all the associated complaints about bottoming out.
