    Absolutely haha.

When Josh and I built my atrocity we had the pipemaster and we did all the notches by hand... it went well and I thought it was pretty good.

One day I was at Marks and hes like here just use the notcher I bought from harbor freight for $25 and a $20 hole saw... OH LORD was is so much better. Fuck hand notching shit... PERFECT notches in 5 minutes. And all you gotta do is align it and push the drill trigger... SO SIMPLE... For reals.

Yeah my Harbor Freight notcher is a piece of shit but it has built a lot of bumpers and sliders. The plate that holds all the pieces together is trash and you really have to watch it if the hole saw catches. If it catches, the plate will bend! Can't count how many times I've bent mine back in place  High RPMs and very slow feed rate will prolong its life haha

I think i solved your troubles. So look at my paint-cad drawing.

so i did my demonstration with pop cans and paper at 30* and 60*
    Cutting_zps85600f94_84e5756b17c26728c28c1bbc63d2c15bf8b8d89c.jpg

If you just take your two angles and print both and then offset the angle i.e. 180* such as my demo the have lines on there that rep 90*, 180*, and 270*.

    apply to pipe and cut.

and finally you can see it compounds them quite nicely even when you just hack it together with paper and popcans.

Looks good. Do you need to have a door bar to get that cage cert'd? If so I see that being challenging to tie into the b-pillar.
