That is a terrible way to mate wires to a very expensive Taco. Also, there are 2 versions DRL, one uses the turn signal, so the added "fang" might stay amber even if white (wire) is chosen as DRL for it.

This way of installation is harder and you’ll find out. Take the bumper off and go from there. T-tapping to the blinkers is one of the only ways to wire it up as of now since there are no wire harnesses out for plug and play. Ive installed these and through trial and error it’s set up ok but being plugged in to the ign fuse I’ve noticed fang lights come on randomly after truck is turned off.

I don’t have the pig tails. My truck doesn’t come with the two to three pig tails.

No truck does. They are same connectors as 3rd & 2nd Gen. Need to have assembled or purchased.

I like the lights.... I don't like the install method.
Bummer wished it was an easier plug and play.

    Too poor for mods
I wouldn't mind a super white filler panel instead of these lights (if any of these manufacturers are in here listening).

Does anyone know part numbers for the male and female connectors for the turn signals? Tried searching various parts diagrams but have had no luck. I have a set of fang lights coming and would like to build a plug n play harness as opposed to splicing into the control wires. Also, anyone know if you can use the power for the turn signal to run the fang lights or if it's a CANBUS system?

You don't happen to know which connectors fit the headlight/DRL do you? Think I'm going to try to build an adapter to use the DRL power as well instead of tapping into a different circuit. Complete plug n play if I can.

If you have the headlight as DRL it won't work. The harness I posted is for the 4th Gen that uses the Turn signals as DRL's.

Hmmm. I didn't realize there were different version of the DRL. The ones you posted look very much like the turn signals in my truck. Interesting that I found the ground and the power wire for the signal using a meter but the 2rd wire didn't have a signal. That's why I started testing the other connectors. The light blue on the headlight connector was the only one with power when the DRL was on. Thought if i could find that connector as well, I can use that to power the Fang lights.

If it's the blue wire then that's the low beam. Same one used for DRL at lower output. It could work.

Corsa has these TS connectors I believe? At least I think I have a stash in my bins somewhere
