Does anyone know if the shocks are changed at the same time?

IIRC, the TSB applys only to the V6 trucks.....

Does your wheels have 5 lug nuts, or 6?

You really don't need it to be done... The stock leafs are good. I got the TSB only because my leafs were close to leveling out.. With your truck being so new, they will prob reject you from getting it done. It's worth a shot..

ok i just read the TSB and it applies to 4wd and PreRunners, Access Cab and Double Cab. So you should be fine.
I dont know if they have officially updated the tsb to include 2011s yet. rather than fight the dealer like most people have to do you should probably ride the originals for now with the 4wheeler and let ti bottom out a few times. thats one thing they look for is the bottom out bump stop marks.

The added rake with the TSB leafs isn't that bad, actually. See pic of my truck. Theoretically your truck has more rearward weight distribution, because of the longer cab and absence of transfer case. You may want to do the TSB first, then get 5100 front shocks later.

ok i went back and read your whole post.
KenLyns is right you should do the tsb and let it settle couple months before leveling the front. then you need to ask yourself if you want any rake or not. no rake will make you a little nose high with a load. this is setting 1.75 on 5100s and on TW seems to be the most popular. if you want to keep a little rake then set it at 0.85. oh and once you install the 5100s in front you have to do an alignment. as far as mpg you might lose like 0.5 mpg but the biggest change is usually from the upgraded tires which can get very heavy if you don't pay attention.
