4WD Beach access point in Westerly, RI

Hello, I'm new to South County RI. While beach walking I saw 4WD vehicles on the beach in Westerly, RI. Not too far from Taylor Swift's home. I have a CRMC beach driving permit as did those vehicles. I'm trying to determine how/where to gain access to the beach with my Tacoma.

I've searched online but with no luck. Any tips or information would be greatly appreciated!

Why don't you ask one of the drivers who ARE on the beach?

 

Hahaha, yeah thanks! I should have but didn't want to bother the people, especially with Covid issues....

 

People of like minds (i.e. beach drivers) would tend to be open to conversation.

Beach access used to be easier at the other end towards Weekapaug, most of that area by Taylor Swifts house is private and rich peoples playground. There is more and easier access in Charlestown/ East Beach for us regular folk.
