    Mad? no, not really, but its a LOT of work.
    if, after you do your homework, you think you have the time and skills to pull it off, why not?
    physically you can swap them out in a few days or a week, its the electrical that takes a lot of time... gotta make sure u have all the schematics!
    i cant recall when the change to CAN bus was... you need to take that also into consideration.

    its gonna be real gratifying tho when you finish!
