    To address this statement about why people keep using 4 wheel parts, not that I have ever done business with them or am I endorsing them.

    You could very easily say the same thing about a Socal , long time vendor here on TW for their shoddy practices, I'm sorry for anyone who gets burned doing business with so-called reputable vendors, in this case the vendor did exactly what they should do if reputable at all, make it right by the customer with a little added bonus for the hassle & at the end of the day you can still bash for what happened but you can't say it wasn't made right by them.... just my .02 ...
