4WP warranties

Has anyone had success claiming a 4WP warranty after their locations were replaced with TFT Off-road? I remember calling the Burlington location shortly after the transition and they told me to pound sand. Seems like a pretty shady business practice to sell these extended warranties and then just vanish over night without any notice or recourse for your customers.

What does your extended warranty document say, go to the purchasing store, or something like "any 4WP store nationwide"?

 

Thanks for linking those. I’m not sure what my warranty documents say. I’ll have to try and dig them up. Never paid much attention to them as they would always just like me up in the system if I wanted to make a claim.
