I took a better pic showing everything:

The Camelback parts description does not include an image or verbal description concerning the omission of bushings, so I called to verify.

They were great to deal with on several levels.

Looks great. I wasnt sure if the same bushings that work in the leaf spring eyelets also work in the shackles. This thread seems to list a few differences in the size.

I probably need to get out and flex the shit out of mine to see what's going on. I have them installed and ground the gusset down. If it limits articulation like everyone states I'll likely throw them in the trash and replace with stock. What a headache.

We installed our Dakar HD springs on our 2017 Tacoma (because our 05 has shackle flips) and double checked the fit. If you are not running the 4th AAL there is no clearance problem with these shackles in the stock shackle hanger.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9-zDDdfF7c

The stock bolt shank is 0.506 inches in diameter while the stock holes are 0.562 inches in diameter. Because the stock bolt shank is merely 0.006" larger than a half inch bolt we did not feel it was necessary to increase the cost by using a metric bolt.

If someone does plan to run an AAL what modifications are necessary to make it work? Will the version I have(centered gusset ground down) work? Or am I out of luck if I add the AAL to the OME CS047R leafs?

They will not work with the OME 4th add a leaf. The current offset gusset will work just fine with the OME 3 main leaf pack. I have a cut center gusset version I'll check on Monday.

The old style mid gusset does clear the spring on compression. It does however have contact upon returning from droop. The suspension still cycles but it is not smooth and you will certainly know if you are having this issue. If you have the old center gusset version and would like the new version please contact me directly (DM, email or phone) and we'll get you taken care of.

Just picked up the updated version with the gusset moved to the rear. Going to install once it warms up a bit along with the hd leaf. I'll need to trim the hd leaf down a bit so it works with the HD shackles. Anyone have a reason that trimming down the extra leaf slightly might cause issues?

Does anyone know the bolt hole center to center of the ATO shackle? Thinking about this for my rig.

The regular shackle is the same length as the factory shackle at 3.5" center to center.

We have 4.75. You would have to call in for those.
