JUST GOT MY LSK LT KIT IN. And I did my own axle swapping and installation as well. Ran it for a good 2 months now with out any problem till my driver side outer boot cam apart. I just wanna know, is there a better solotion then using OEM boots? I'm hearing a lot of this "coming apart" boot problem after a run from whoops or trashing it on the dunes. Please let me know. I need a permanent fix for future references

Sounds like you're front end is set up a little off and you're likely over extending the CVs. Try limiting the travel a little shorter. My front end has close to 45k on the same set of CV boots. They are just now starting to tear at the outer seam from sun rot and fatigue and they have certainly seen their fair amount of off road time.

I had good luck with the sdhq boots... yea also limit the droop a lil higher.... or sell that kit and get one with part time hubs :)) if you want a “permanent” solution

Check were the boot clamps are on the axle shaft. If you put the clamps too far and extend the boot too much its going to tear the boot apart at droop. I had this issue with out axle assembler. Got to let that boot be comfortable at droop. No issues with Oem boots with many many miles of hard abuse on our customers trucks.
