I just got my shipping info from polyperformance, my shackles will be here Friday. Guess that means it will be another busy weekend. Also got to help jerretxx tear into his rear leafs on his lil 85 build.

Also, after talking to several of the mechanics we deal with here at work, the majority are saying that there's either air in the system or maybe some gunk... so I'm going to flush the P/S system and see what happens.

I got the PS bled and now she's right :D

Took it out on the town with everyone for Jerretxx's b-day. It handles very well, just ready to have it completed

Thanks man... just your average budget build... old axle, it's only from 79 so it didn't need new bearings, seals or rotors. The rear has 4.56 and the front has 4.10 so it shouldn't make that big of difference ;)

Just a bunch of recycled parts

Thanks bud, there's still a few odds and ends that I want to do to it like chromo axles, synthetic winch line, LED rock lights and a few things along the way

Next project is getting a diamond... and I don't mean an axle lol but after that I may look into building a true beater that I wouldn't mind taking a hit or two... I would love to build a FJ80 or get a old body (79-83) and do FJ80 axles under it with a flat bed... but we will see

I got my shackles in thursday afternoon. I got them put on today and the alignment done. She now sit's just right and drives like a dream... not to mention the rear is real flexy  I'm getting the shocks mocked up tomorrow and then it will be complete, ready to wheel.

Here's some pics of the skid plate he made. Not the best pics, I will try to get some better ones tomorrow when we have it flexed to check the rear setup.
