5 LEDs DRL with wiring harness

Hello, I need help on a detailed instruction on how to properly install the DRL. The wiring has 1 black wire, 1 gray wire and brown that has like a washer attached at the end.

I am really in need of help, the manual instruction is very confusing with regards a 5 led DRL that can be attach to the grill. The kit comes with a wiring harness with(1 black, 1 gray, and brown wire with a washer attach at the end). I'm enclosing a pictures with the DRL. I have the 05 double cab Tacoma.
