question for all you champion 5 luggers, how many leaves are in your standard pack, 2nd gen dual cab (or all 2nd gens)

i've got a 2007 Hilux SR5 5 lug, and our chassis are pretty close, my truck runs 5 in the pack, 3 mains and 2 thick and juicy over loads, bumpy as all hell unless you load 225lb's in the back.

going to pull out the smallest OL and the 3rd main and see how she goes, or i'll just take out both OL's and run the 3 mains.

i'll get some pics of my suspension setup for you guys, running ironman shocks all round with close to 2" lift in the front just from springs and a strut trim spacer

Making it digital for notching angles



Here's a photo dump of the jig i made.... Keep in mind the welds were done with a shitty hf 90 amp welder. I now have a lot better welder lol.

Looking at an 07 ext. cab. 214,000 miles.
Anything in particular I should be on the lookout for? It's a 2.7 manual. Thanks.
