50 State Car Tag Collection - I need just a few more!

Hey, Taco gang:

I'm working on filling a wall of my man cave with car tags from all 50 states, plus a few extras. I'm lacking only 5 states: Connecticut, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, and Wisconsin. I'd also like to have a Washington D.C. tag, with the "Taxation Without Representation" tagline.

If you have a spare of any of these that you could send me, I'll send you a Mississippi tag.

I've attached a photo from September 2017, of the work in progress. I've added several since then. This has been a fun project I've worked on for about 3 years, and I'm ready to complete it, with your help!

Weird this post came up I just gave away a boxes of plates on CL on Monday. I only kept two sets that were my own personalized ones. Good luck with your collection.
