I am considering installing 5100 shocks on my 2011 trd off road double cab 4x4 I was wanting to lift it to 2.5. I was wondering how much rear lift would I need to level it out with the front at 2.5".And how will it Change the ride.

I have the wheelers 3 leaf 1.5" AAL, there is a little rake, but I couldn't be happier.

I have a set of fox 2.0 piggybacks for the rear that I still haven't put on, but am hoping it will be even better.

Just get a 1.5" AAL for the rear and you should level out. The ride will be a little more stiffer then stock.
