5100 Bilstein fit on stock rear suspension?

    If I raise my truck, in the rear and set the frame on jack stands and then let the rear end/suspension droop fully, would that result in an accurate extended shock eye to eye length? As for the compressed eye to eye length I am thinking about filling up a large container of water in the back. Thoughts?
