In my attempt to lift my truck a little bit (mostly because I love the look, but plan on doing mild off roading) I have come up with an idea that I hope will achieve my goals. Please tell me if this is possible/will perform well:

Put in 5100s up front ONLY. Then, since I will want to put them on the highest or second highest setting, I was thinking about getting an 2" AAL so that it would be level. Or should I get a block for the rear.

Crazy, smart, or just plain stupid? Let me know and thanks in advance!

Should be fine. A lot of people do the front 5100's only I believe. I'm doing them all around when I do mine tough.

That's the exact setup I have. I do have 5100s in the rear though too, but they're not adjustable like the ones in the front. I'd say do it all the way around because they ride so nicely and are pretty affordable. I paid $279 for all four of my shocks, there's pics in my gallery if you're interested. I'm pleased with how the truck sits.
