Should I go 1.75'? Is it hard to align at that height? Any issues at that height?

The dbl cab looks level. I have a topper and use the truck to haul stuff and tow with it. It looks like the dbl cab is effected differently than the extra cab trucks? Is this because of the cab wt or am I imagining things? The extra cab truck looks like it has more rake after the TSB than the dbl cab truck. Both nice trucks by the way.
