With my truck being torn down to replace the frame, I'm thinking about doing the switch to 5100's up front. If I do it now, I won't have to pay for the install or an alignment. :D

    Here's my question:

Can you adjust the height after they are installed? And if you can, how is that done?

I'd hate to be locked into a wrong guess on the height if I changed my mine about what height setting I want.

    Thanks.

    Things and stuff and such
They have to be uninstalled and taken apart for height adjustment.

    OK, that's what I suspected.

I was reading a lot of threads about people changing the height after they had them installed, so I wasn't 100% sure.

    Thanks.

I might be able to shed some light on this before you take the plunge. Had four put on yesterday. I wanted to level my truck, non-TSB or AAL.

    Here's the numbers:

    Stock - front driv/pass = 34.125/34.5
    rear driv/pass = 35.5/35.625

    After - front driv/pass = 35.5/35.375 (.85 lift on the front)
    rear driv/pass = 35.375/35.5

    Hope that helps.
