5100's dry rot question

    No one may know the answer to this question

    I bought these 5100's used and when i got them i noticed that the top rubber bushing was dry rotted has anyone noticed this? does it matter?

    I found this but the picture looks like they are bushing for the rear shocks, am i wrong? i know it says front but idk.

    how tight should those bolts be, one is showing 4 more threads than the other. this cant be correct.
