I just seen a red 2nd gen double cab on herndon. Long travel up front, tube bumper, led bar, front and back fiberglass fenders, no tail gate, two led spotlights on the bed, tinted windows. Anyone seen it around town? We waved to each other but its cool to know im not the only red long travel tacoma in the 559!

Hey all, been a while since I've been on. First, I've seen some badass tacos around here in Fresno! looking good. Second, I have a pair of headlights and tails from my 2008 taco I had. I also have the HU. I wanna sell them but not sure on price. Message me if interested. Local members only as I will not ship them. Thanks.

Sup y'all...I just posted some items on the "buy/sell automotive" section. I'm trying to sell some "Wet Okole" seat covers and stock wheels and tires off of a 2009 Tacoma Sport double cab. Also have for sale the stock carpet mats that came with the truck. They're pretty much in new condition. Asking $80. Prefer a local, Fresno/Clovis pick-up. Let me know if interested.

hey guys/ girls; myself, my neighbor, and Chunkylover are so far in for a day trip up either bald mountain or brewer lake on Saturday, the 28th!

bald mountain is always open and a fun, quick trail, but not much to do but walk around on top of a bald mountain heres the view

brewer I have not done in a couple years but it is also pretty easy and at least there is water for fishing/ letting the dog romp/ cool off. I at this point am not sure if it will be open, I will find out tomorrow. this is a little longer journey and would have to be rushed a bit more than bald couple pics of the trail/ lake

good times people, if you would like to join and have a preference, let me know! both trails are stock 4x4 friendly, or green sticker ohv. lots of fun so lets roll! both trails are shaver area ohv and very accessible for anyone from fresno/ surrounding areas

    so....GOOD DAY!

here we are at the gate

    heading in

chillen at the lake! no troubles!

not long after leaving the lake, my poor neighbor got his axle DOMINATED while getting a little ambitious toward an obstacle! tools used to finish trail were trusty pocket-knife, hammer, winching over the offending obstacle, and me playing tug-boat the rest of the trail; as needed. we were picking up bearings in about a 20' radius, this thing really grenaded!

we put my new compressor to the test after we made it out. 8 32" tires and 3 1/2 33" tires before tripping the thermal switch. . . .and all in about 30 mins. . . .not bad for $60!

we need to get more peeps involved in this, its always a good time, even if there are troubles along the way!

It was a really good day. We should try to make it up there more often. Even if it's just a day trip.

If you couldn't tell, this is a really active forum. Lots of happenings in the 559 and surrounding areas. I'm sure you'll get a reply to wheel in say.... 6 months?

In all seriousness though, we were discussing possibly camping for the next time we get together. I haven't heard much, but we should definitely try to set a tentative date.

Wow 4-5 times a month is a lot. Hopefully 92ldx, comme, and some others see this and we can begin finding out what works for all of us.
