 Jesus‼️ 950 in/lbs spring⁉️ Hell I had a 525# spring on the front of my supercharged 15 Access Cab and I thought it was too stiff.
If you want a 950# spring I think I will stay out of this discussion… See pictures below
    The 10” x 525# spring below.

I think this setup is far superior. It’s the OEM front spring setting on top of Trundra Racing/SOS coil perch / mount. The machined piece of aluminum coil binds the lower part of the spring making it shorter and stiffer. I posted info in the link below.

Yeah, I was wondering why the ride was so rough. I had no idea what the spring rate was as I'm a noob for understanding all that. I've been trying to process the last 12 pages again. When I went back to daily driving my truck a few years ago I had to take those off. The streets in my town had gotten way worse and I couldn't stand driving with those springs. I went back to stock. Now I want to go lower again but have a way better ride. Noted on the 525 spring. I will see if tundra racing will sell me just the coil perch.

Ok. I just ordered the Tundra racing X-Runner Aluminum Spring perches. Should I got with the Viking C210 or 208 shock. What springs should I use? Based on all the reading it sounds like I should go with the 500 or 525 spring in 10"or 12"? Or use my stock X-Runner Springs with 65k on them? I'm looking to have similar drop to the red XII springs I had on the vehicle which was about 1.75" drop. In the rear I will just go back to my 2" blocks and I'm running the same single adjustable Qa1 shocks that have been doing not too bad. My alignment was never perfect buy it got pretty close every time I went in. I'm running stock X-Runner Wheels with 255/45 tires. I don't have a supercharger so I don't have any extra front end weight.

Ok, if you are going to use the spring perch / lower mount from SOS they are designed to use the OEM / Stock springs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you have the bottom of lower spring mount machined so the mount Doesn’t make contact with the treads on the coil over shock treads. The top of This shock needs a stem mount!

If you go with a 10” or 12” x 2.5” coil over spring then you need a top coil over mount something like this. There are a few different styles but the top of the shock will need to except a through bolt

Please go back and read the first couple of pages again! In other words theirs more than one way to mount the front coil over shocks.

***Me personally*** I use the factory front springs with the 208 shocks. But there’s only about 3/8” difference in total length in the 210 & 208

Oh, to get the front alignment within spec you are going to need the DJM UCA’s any drop on an X.
As for the rear if you don’t weld in a notch at least cut the 4 rivets off the frame mounted bump stop bracket. Trust me it’s not an easy job. Plasma cutter and a good operator would be a lot easier!
This only gets you about 5/8 of an inch but it helps a lot‼️
