    Morning all:
    Happy birthday Capt.!

    Mark
I think it's easier to explain how to get the first bird and to set up for the second, than to actually do it! :D
I'm with you, where are the donuts?
All kinds of critters in the yard; three turkeys are out there now. There's a lot of acorns on the ground.

Not on a diet. I am on a nutrition plan and changed the way I look at food. It is still a struggle but I am making headway. Down around 85 pounds at this point. Only 55 more to go, if you are counting pounds. A size 2XL is starting to be loose on me now. I need to get a new belt and another size smaller jeans.

Oh and today is my cheat day. Wife and I will be going out to dinner. ;)

Go to the doctor tomorrow for my 3 month follow up to my physical. I hope the doc takes me off my meds but if he doesn't I will just keep on doing what I am doing.

True. Only way to lose weight and keep it off, is a new way of eating. Congrats on the loss so far. Keep it up!!

Retired Army colonel here - 26 years on active duty. Retired at the end of 2003, went to work at a local 2 year college and am now president of the college.

Beer, Tanqueray and tonic, Woodford Reserve or Maker's Mark....it's all good.
