    Oh good. I was gonna offer but Im really tired of taking my steering wheel controls on/off so many times. I really didnt wanna do it again lol

    EDIT: I know its only 2 torx and 2 phillips and about 2 minutes worth of work, but still. I hate those dam controls. Took me forever to fix mine I never want to touch them again!

    I was doing the LED swap to make em blue and when I de-soldered the last orange LED, I pulled away too quick a ripped of a tiny portion of the copper track on the circuit board. Went to fix it by adding a super tiny wire in place of the copper band and my soldering iron burnt a micro resistor and all the lights went out on both sides and the buttons stopped working :eek: I left it like that for over a year because I couldnt find anyone who could replace a resistor that small (literally needed a magnifying glass to see... it was like the size of a pore in your skin) and also repair the board. I didnt want to spend $110 at the dealer to buy new controls. Then 1 day (about 2 months ago) I decided to try it myself. Spent almost an hour wearing a giant ugly ass magnifying lens that mounted to my head and I totally mickey moused my circuit board. Thought I ruined it for good. Plugged it all back in and IT WORKED!! Now it works just fine ever since.

    That's probably what happened to mine when I swapped LEDs.

    Oh yeah im sure if you swapped the leds then you probably damaged something on the board. It actually started off as a small problem and got worse. First it was just 1 side that went out. Then all the lights on both sides, then eventually lights and controls on both sides. Im sure we can fix it
