I appreciate that. I need to educate myself more. My door sticker says RA60. no "F". But I am 4x4. I am short box...
Wasn't sure if you had done the 3rd gen Transmission swap in as i've seen in (one of) these threads.
I almost was going to do the ClutchMasters HTOB, but didn't, sold the kit, and want to do it with the Tilton bearing ect....

Ya dodged a bullet there. Your trans will be identical if you're a 2nd Gen 6MT 4x4.

Let's belt-feed some shipping labels! Lol. Machines are fun. I could couldn't resist getting one. :D

Also, I currently have (x8) RA and (x8) RC kits ready to go if anyone else is interested. Send me a PM and I'll forward the deets! I've still gotta make a proper buy & sell post for this crap so I can stop increasing the page count here. Sorry!

Just going to throw this out there for you guys, if anyone needs all the parts bill has listed, plus transmission input seal and rear main seal, and Kellens amazing handy work of a kit I’d be more than happy to send it someone’s way so it can do some good for someone.

Unfortunately before I could get it installed the truck and I took a run through a hail storm and it’s totaled.

I have a 2012 FJ Cruiser with the RA61F manual transmission. Will the parts list work with this transmission?

Haven't had anyone actually test it on an FJ yet, but more than likely every aspect relevant to this conversion and is the exact same for an RA61F. And you're already part way there with the metal clutch pedal. ;)

Received @Kasbien 's updated part ("slave cylinder hole plug" + bolt and washers) in the mail today at no cost to me. Thank you!

I have an entire Tilton HRB replacement kit sitting in a box on the shelf. At 72K on the stock clutch in my 6MT feels like it still has 40% of life remaning, and the TOB whine is pretty minimal, so it might be another few years before I try this upgrade.

Thank you very much for helping a fellow forum member out. Truck has been down for 6+ months now with at the very least a gone and useless friction material on stock 178k clutch( or worse the trans is shot...) so between that and sickness in household and other issues so all while trying to locate and price parts and figure out how I'm gonna do this with very limited space your offer came at just the right time. Thank you sir.

Hey everyone. Bigger update. Two things:

    1) I sent out some revision (improved) parts out free of charge to everyone with an existing order to ensure every kit is on the same page. Nothing is wrong with old parts if you've already installed them. There is a detailed notice inside of the package that explains everything, including both circumstances of if you have or have not installed the kit already. They should have arrived by now or any day now I would imagine.

    2) I've finally got an official buy/sell ad going on the forums here so I can hop off of this thread now. I wanted to tighten some things up, refine some production related processes, build up some stock and get the rev kits out to everyone before I did so. Anyone considering a kit from this thread please redirect yourself to the buy/sell post HERE

If any members here feel like commenting on their experiences with the kit over on the buy/sell post to give me some more credibility over there that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
