$72 pro grille

wellll I’ve decided to do a little experiment here. Just ordered a knock off grille and raptor style lights. Should be getting it by feb. 20th.

Let’s hear what your experience was with ordering a pro knock off? (Not talking about the sensor malfunctions or anything)

Did the grille fit right?
Did you need to repaint it?
Was it worth it?

 

I bought this grill, its fantastic. Had it on three months no issues, great fitment, arrived quickly.

 

Oh I’m excited to see if it’s consistant

 

I bought that same grill and amber lights. My truck goes so much faster now.

 

That’s my hope.

 

Haha. But actually thegrill and lights are great. Love them. 0 issues and the grill has been on since I got the truck last year

 

I bought a faux grill almost a year ago for about $60. No issues whatsoever.

Not exactly a 60 dollar grill but its still a Toyota knockoff...

I love it so far... mounted up perfectly and ordered the garnish off ebay.

Lol... i should have waited a while then... I purchased mine last july for over 200 lol...

Lol that’s what I kept thinking. 2 weeks ago couldn’t find it for less than 150 anywhere. Even eBay. But now they have it for under 100 everywhere.

 

Well at least you were smarter than I was and went with the OR... I have a sport and am playing from behind... looking to upgrade suspension and add an air locker.

 

does it come with letters

Yes it does. I’ve heard for it to pass inspections during shipment it just says OYOT and the T and A you have to put on yourself. It comes with all the letters. Just those two not mounted.
I saw a few people say that the T and A are a little diff color so you have to paint them to match if it bugs you.

I’ll be posting pics of it out of the box plus mounted when I get it.

Aside from the A at the end being a little bigger (only easy giveaway) it's a great deal.

There's actually a "Pro grill" knockoff for the 2nd gen, I've been thinking about trying.
