Did you have to tape the letters on or was it all together --- one piece ? Thanks .

 

Letters came as one piece, just like in the picture. Just had to screw in the entire piece.

 

I ordered this one too...same seller on eBay ...sounds like it has the one piece for lettering which is what i was wanting...only reason i was hesitate it was a brand new account...I bought the first thing from him...will respond when i get mine and let you know quality

 

On wish.com . I have a 2017 so my taco doesn’t have TSS. Not sure how it works with it...

My grill was shipped from Chino California.

 

Installed my ebay one with one piece letters and super happy with this purchase. Gonna paint the letters orange later. Super easy swap and makes the truck look so much better imo. Also plastidipped the emblems to match the grill.

 

Nice upgrade. Hope to install mine this weekend, hoping it's as simple as everyone says.

 

Look it up on youtube. Its 2 bolts, 2 push pins, and then the assembly pulls off. 18 screws and however many squeeze tabs to get the old one out. Clip new one in and put in 10 screws. Put it back on truck and done.

Actually it’s only 10 screws to remove the grill and chrome ring.

 

I had extra screws left over. I took out like 18 and put back 10.

 

There are only 10 screws that hold the factory grill and chrome trim ring on. There are other screws that hold the backing panel of the front end assembly, but you don’t need to remove those to install the Pro grill.

 

Has nobody else had trouble with the TSS after the Pro grill install?

I get an error message about 15 minutes into a drive saying radar not available and to clean the sensor.

 

It’s been discussed a few times.

 

I ordered the same grill for my 2019 and it arrived today. Ordered the garnish and harness extension as well, got it installed and looks awesome. Fit and finish were great. Really easy install and everything lined up and went together nicely. Probably took about 30 minutes total.
