I have the LED backup lights... they're not much brighter than stock.. So I wired in some LED pods.. They're great for backup lights and camping!

I like your set up but I think he was just looking for bulbs for the stock tail light. I could be wrong though.

Edit: I just reread your post. I am a dumbass who can't read. Ignore me.

I saw that but I think you wouldn't have the reverse lights on long enough to melt them. Somebody who had them melt said that they drove down a road to go hunting and couldn't turn around so they drove in reverse for 2 miles.

Don't you have cutouts for rigid SR-Qs in your bumper? I thought I saw some when I saw your truck last.

Just a manual switch... I figured they're a bit to bright to have come on automatically-- I'd rather not blind the shit out of people when I'm in a crowded area. Plus pushing the little button isn't much of an inconvenience.

I've been debating on wiring into the tow harness reverse lights or just a switch in the cab. Might be fun to have them wired to a switch so I can leave them on off road to see behind me.

I'll have them wired to both, so they come on when in reverse and I have the option to leave them on.

Oh didn't know you could do that. I absolutely suck with electrical and wiring. @veronatii can vouch. I'm amazed that I got my pods and light bar wired up by myself when I was home for thanksgiving. Still can't figure out for the life of me the fog light anytime mod...

Yep. A positive lead from the reverse light to pin 85 on your relay would do it :)

I'll just pretend that doesn't sound like a foreign language to me. I'm learning slowly.
