I just read through this whole thread, it sounds like you're topping out as @inv3ctiv3 said. Are you planning to get a bumper/armor?

I put in the extended travel kings about 500 miles ago and couldn't be happier.

Well I'm freaking stuck. Trying AGAIN to get the damn sway bar off to see if that's what's clunking and I can't get the drivers side nut off. Tried penetrating lubricant, torch, breaker bar, and it won't fucking go. Had to go get a wrench from homedepot (17mm) and the fucker just BENDS. If it didn't bend I could probably get this thing but fucking HUSKY TOOLS SUCK DICK SACKS.
I've now spent 2 hrs on one bolt that is still winning. Suggestions?aea2e83a39d496aa79d514c9a80c3307_96a7aea5550fd861f79e291777cf0f6cb9d9f43c.jpg
And I know about using an Allen wrench in there to counteract the spin on the bolt. I can make the bolt rotate, it just rotates thru the knuckle. The wrench just bends open when I use an Allen wrench to counteract the spin.

Other side comes off just fine btw

I'm about that close to cutting it off, but I'd like the option of putting it back on though....

Well just went back and read through last two pages.
All I have to say is SHIT I hope its not the shock fully extending and slamming. I guess the solution to that would be getting new cushier or slightly shorter coils or adding more weight?
I don't have the money right now for a bumper. After christmas i might be able to pull off new springs if I needed it but man I really didnt want to spend even more money right now

    EDIT:
So because the shocks are the 90000 (meant for an additional "110 to 220" extra lbs) and not the stock equivalent 90021 shocks, does that mean my only real solution is more weight if it turns out not to be the sway bar? Because I DO NOT have the money for that and these things might be for sale again... new 90021 shocks are $330

The extra torque is amazing out it on the dyno at cc at got 173 hp and 220 torque to the rear wheels thanks to 4.88 gearing lol found a leaking core plug while out shopping this past weekend but got a new set ordered and it's pretty easy to get to so knock on would should be a pretty easy project. Haven't messed with the valving yet just turned the compression tube in on the front bypass a bit and it's been handling great but I am getting close to the max adjustment on the tube so a rebuild and a slightly stiffer compression is in the future but has been doing great so far in the dunes. Need to get on some hard pack soon

Looking into some adjustable Billies to swap out the 90000s. Or I'll buy @SixthSnail's once he's done with his.

Saw that one on a flatbed on the way to work this morning. Sorry to see :( although more importantly I am glad to see no serious injuries.

Am I the only person with air tools ? Seriously a proper air impact will change your life. 750ft/lbs of reverse torque will get that off without flinching...
