I've been searching everywhere on the internet for a HID conversion? Anybody know where to get light converters? different bulbs? anything!
    Thanks-Anthony

Browse a few earlier topics back (hids in 95 taco)

Don't be afraid to mod and replace brownies with headlight housings in the oven. Only way to correctly retrofit headlights as opposed to being that guy who blinds everyone with light scatter. Find some descent housing on ebay, projector/ballasts/bulb kit from trs and have fun. Its much easier than seems. Just takes time, $$$ and patience...like a woman...

    retrofit.

it might be a little more work than you're used to, or was expecting, but the improvement over any stock lights, HID in stocks housings, or LED replacements (no offense to those involved).

check out the thread called "1st gens with HID lights" and then pop on over to theretrofitsource.com and DO IT.

Our glass headlights can be retrofitted? Been thinking about how to do this. First thought was having to swap headlights/front grill area with a 97+.

Eh, see my Build Thread sig link. Too many mods to list.
Yes...do it the right way - a full retrofit.

I have a '97'. 95-97 have the same front end. You can do a true HID retrofit.

Take a gander over here in my build thread. :)

the early ones have the best front facia... i hate those plastic headlights that fade and turn yellow... dont get me wrong i painted cars for years and i learned early to just wet sand them with 800 and then just clear them and they look brand new and lasts a heck of a lot longer than just buffing them out...
either way long story short id rather have glass headlights...!!!
