Well I just metered on a spl lab meter.... Highly dissapointed no where near as loud at the windshield as I should be... 137 peak of 36hz... Didn't really get to play with box location or anything like that all I know is I've got to figure out how to get the sound to my windshield cause I have way to much flex for 137 on the meter

Flex in my opinion doesn't have anything to do with how loud it is. Don't think of it like that. What's the sub port configuration?

Sub up port drivers side... But I had it around 3-4 inches from the wall

sounds about right.... from my experience. Your freq is a lil low for a high peak score. I have seen these peak on the windshield at 48-55hz

This is a configuration I've considered... But I was gonna have a 1.5 cu box built with external octo's interchangeable fs, and port direction so sub up port up and sub up port side maybe even another plug for sub up port forward... So 2 will be plugged and I'll have the a convertible box to suit my Tacoma best as possible also for when I do a build on my CRX

side firing is no good in tacoma from my findings. Sub passenger, port driver side is best for On dash

    Here's a comparison of my level 5, x8, 9515..

The DC must have been dropped by shipping company the rig is bent pretty good.. Appears to have possibly tweaked my basket... Current claim going with ups if they ever contact me.
