    I replaced the starter and the battery. I get one click..
    I'm stumped

    I would double check all the connections...battery,starter, etc.

    Check that your battery cables arent super corroded up under the sheathing! Thats some what common... Since you already replaced the battery and starter it seems as though not enough power is reaching the starter so there has to be something there not allowing a good flow of current!

    What were the symptoms BEFORE you replaced the starter and battery? Same one-click?

    Also check the ground wires from the block/head to body and body to battery.

    its a Toyota truck and that's all the modifications needed
    it sure sounds like not enough juice getting to the starter somehow
