There is a stand alone throttle controller piece, a plunger type of thing with a black plastic cap at the top. There is a crack along the rim of the top. excuse me for not knowing the correct terminology? what's that called?

There is a plastic wiring raceway along the top of the valve cover, the bolt tabs are broken off?

    Breather valve?

I will reinstall the half moon pieces, inspect end plugs and replace the metal gaskets . I'd rather replace it now than disassemble again.
