It did! Just wanting it to look complete with paint... So sandpaper, 3 cans primer, 3 or 4 cans of lunar mist and, 2 of clear coat? I'm just scared of wasting money if it doesn't turn out well but have seen great results from rattlecan

I would have liked 3 cans of clear just for my grill. So. Lots of clear!

Buy extra and return what you don't use.

Just for the grill! Damn, so double my initial thought then? Hopefully, I mean really hopefully, this brushed aluminum vinyl is close to lunar mist!

So that makes me change my mind about painting it myself haha
So if this vinyl isn't closer I will probably just plasti dip it black. But might pick up a can of lunar mist to do the headlight fillers. Here is my quick photoshop rendering of what it would look like and I actually do like it

You know what? I actually really do like the black haha goes well with my campershell

    Hmmm black looks alright.

I agree though, if this one does not match well just go with the plasti dip.

Last a little longer too without worrying to smudge since the hood is a high area for hands rubbing opening and closing it

With the rock chips on the front. Should I fill those in before doing a vinyl wrap? If so how? Or will it not be a big deal?

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
I don't blame you, the 98-00 front end is my least favorite Tacoma look. I like the 01-04 front end, but the 95-97 was the best looking Tacoma front of all years.

Ya same here about the 98-00. I like 01-04 and 2013-2015. The 95-97 are alright. I do like the before 94 Toyota pickups, there is a little difference in the front from the tacomas but I like it better haha
