I have a 98 4runner 3.4 V6. I know the contacts are in need of replacing, so I thought I would start this project today. I have read countless forums on the methods of getting to the starter. I was wondering if anyone has any first hand experience and what made their lives easier in the process.

I was just going to replace the contacts with the starter still in the vehicle. I was wondering if anyone had any pictures or know of any detailed threads on this project, thanks
