    Hello sir, Welcome to TW!! After dubious research, the correct answer is 36 ft/lbs of torque is required for the installation of the Exhaust manifold to the Cylinder head.

    This one. The 2003 FSM will be pretty much spot on for your 98. The electrical will differ however. The 96 manual is a downloadable PDF that can be a bear to search. Enjoy.
