1.5" is plenty of space for the exhaust to flow through to keep the turbo from going over even 4 psi. A 1.5" hole in a 2.5" header pipe is pretty big lol. Unless you get bigger headers/exhaust and rebuild the whole engine to handle 400+ hp, 38mm is more than good enough.

If for some reason you do happen to stumble across a killer deal on a 44mm Tial MVR unit, you can still use it. You'll just have to buy an adapter from Treadstone. Otherwise, stick with the 38mm.

How did you get the bolts back in??..I mean I can't even see them and I can barely feel then ...

Had to use a million extensions and wobblys and go through the shifter also

If that's the case it may be worth taking it to the shop if the cost is reasonable. What do you guys think? I did change the clutch out on my old jeep xj. Not sure how it would stack up to that task.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
No such thing as reasonable costs. Post up in your regional section and ask for some help. Should be some local guys that can give you a hand for some pizza and beer.

I went up through the top in the cab. Used extensions and had it through the shifter hole.

Not fun. But i had a lift so i managed fine. Was a day job for me. Not a fun one..but got it done.

That's what I did to remove but to install in gonna have to somehow get me hand on the top of the bell housing to start threading the bolts in

Or I was thinking of leaving the bolts in the holes and then mounting up the tranny and hoping they stay in the holes lol

And I agree with Anthony... a lot of people prefere to pick up the engine to get to the clutch. I guarentee there is a skechy Mexican shop somewhere close that will do it for like 3-400 bucks... Or less

Went 4 wheeling for the first time since taking ownership of the truck. Had a great time! Here are some pictures and videos.
Argentine pass in Colorado, lots of beautiful water crossings, waterfalls, and views (13,738ft). Towards the top my girlfriend and I were quite scared as many of the switchbacks had very little room to turn with massive cliffs on the sides. Definately not novice driving as one slip and it's no good at all.

    Packed up ready to go.
