I think I see what you mean, because when the arms move up and down the shock needs to move slightly inside the coil bucket. By the way I have it set, it could hit, where as you suggested to face it out. Makes sense. I'll see what I can do.

    200 psi.

A tire shop can't go that high. HCP4x4 can fill shocks or a motorcycle / sled shop should also.

Yea it needs to move as it is now. It won't. It'll just bend. The bolt of the shock needs to be the same orientation as the UCA ands LCA mount bolts. If that makes more sense

Either PSI works. IMO go with 200 as a baseline, it will help keep cavitation to a minimum. Plus you will need to revalve them anyways.

Kings are 150 psi, you can do more but King standard pressure is 150

You probably also want to route the hose under the upper arm like this. That upper arm is going to go all the way to the fender well and will hit that hose

This is what the upper arm will look like at full bump

I don't think the top hat I have will fit in the buckets with the bolt and nut on the ends like that?

It should, mine is pretty tight too. You can see in the 1st picture of mine it looks similar to yours.

And damn I am jealous of that lower uniball and fabbed spindle

Pretty pissed right now.....how my shocks were clocked.....it won't clear the uca, why I tried putting them in how I did. Can I pull off the compression fitting and redo it my self if I buy another not fitting?

    20160113_094410.jpg

Also, the top hats fit so snug I can't get a bolt through it unless I drill it through the sides of the buckets.....

Turn the fitting as needed, as long as it clears the coil spring adjuster. Also only tighten it or it will leak.

It hits the shock, it needs an extension to clear it. Can I buy an npt and put it on without issues?

You can but will have to completely disassemble it to install the new fitting if you can find a pipe to JIC that is extended on the pipe side.

Crank the coil adjuster down till it the fitting clears, you will need to preload it for the ride height you want anyway.

Or put in a NPT to JIC straight and build a new hose that has a 90 on the end.

Call King and/or Solo, they might be able to trade you for hoses and fittings like this

    That's the ticket.

I can get fittings and build you hoses local if you don't want to deal with send back to CA for king or Solo to swap parts.

Thank you guys. Got it sorted out. Solo was going to send another top hat because this goes to the 00-04 tacomas. Instead I am going to just grind these down, make it work. Also I will be able to clock the resis enough to fit (hopefully) once the preload is set.
