Could you please take a picture of how yours looks now? I'm sick of buying things I don't need. Lol......getting all the couplers and fittings is a pita! I might be able to do some mcgyvering with what I have. I was going to cut up my injen "cold air intake" too.

You should be fine with that 45deg reducer and a stubby filter
    [IMG]

And I'm 99.9% sure that this is the O2 flange I bought, but get a ruler/caliper out to make sure the screws line up

Looks really tight space wise. I saw the cx pictures too and it looked like they used a 45° coupler. I think it should fit too. Ordering a wideband and boost controller soon.

Yeah a 45deg will definitely fit without the MAF, but I think you'll be fine with a stubby filter.

I'm going to swap out my 3" charge pipes for two and a half inch pipes. I talked to a guy who races his Mustang at Bandimere and I saw videos with him smoking a brand new Ferrari. Gave me good pointers just like you guys. Thinking you told me 2.5" like 3 years ago.

Got my new gt30 coming, it is bb and billet wheel too. Decreases lag by 500rpm or so. Smaller than the gt35 I had. 2.5" pipes coming too. Should spool quicker. I was think about picking up the Glassworks front fenders. Just didn't want them to look super lame with no LT. Might wait on those.

Thanks man! I really appreciate that. That oil pan will help out alot. I'm not looking forward to dropping the diff but I know its going to be worth it. I tried getting my remote start to work and ended up frying a fuse in the engine bay. $4 fuse, ignition fuse, truck wouldn't start without it. I gave up on the remote start. Not sure why it won't work. I put the alarm in and it has less connections then that. What a pita. At least it's running again.

So, I did the grey wire mod yesterday and also copied you again gio. Put lighting under the dash by where your feet rest. Looks nice. I reused the tail light holders that were in the factory bumper and put leds in. Thanks for the idea. Also put in more hood vents. The grey wire mod is sweet. You get so much more traction to the rear it is unbelievable.

Oh that's cool man. I've been looking for some sort of housing for those eagle eyes in my kick panels to keep them from blinding whoever is standing next to the door, but haven't been able to find anything. I've already looked into the grey wire mod but I don't have a rear dif lock... just lsd back there. Hopefully my Amber eagle eyes come in tomorrow so I can hook up the wheel well blinkers

Updated pictures. Installed color changing leds in hood vents. Looks sick at night.

    Cutting out hood vents....

Putting mine in soon too! Eagle eye turn signals in fenderwells. They look sick. I use a 9v battery to test/put power to the leds temporarily.

Hey man just giving you a heads up. I put in that shorty filter and my truck runs like CRAP. Put a small 3" section of aluminum pipe in front of the MAF to simulate stock readings as much as possible and it still sucks. I'm going to put on my old filter today. You will need to get creative with bends if you want to use that longer 45deg elbow

Good to know.......you're sure going pre turbo is still better, keeping it shorter with that spectre filter? I bet that small filter was too restrictive for the turbos suction.

Question....what if I cut out some of the passenger side fenderwell to fit that filter? It may get cooler fresher air also. I would do it sensibly so it doesn't get wet, ect......thinking about this route. Sounds sensible to me.

Oh definetely still better yeah. I hooked it up post turbo yesterday just to see and it was worse than with the MAF pre turbo + the stubby filter. I think the problem is not the restriction, but that the air is coming in at a wierd angle since the stubby filter has a cone type thing on the inside really close to the MAF sensor. My bigger filter is completely hollow and allows for the air to gather inside and enter the MAF evenly.
