I have yet to see any A/C condensation leaking from my truck. I thought it might be that I live in a drier climate; however, yesterday, we took my wife's new CR-V for a road trip and there was a signifcant amount of condensation leaking in the garage when we got back.
How about your Tacomas? Do they leak condensation from the A/C?

plenty of condensate comes out of mine.

When briangp figures out the best way to get to the drain, you may want to get in there and clean yours out, may have a mud dauber nest in it or something.

I don't know exactly where it comes from....but I always see mine dripping down off the frame. So, where-ever it's coming from, it's probably dripping down and pooling up in certain areas before it comes out or before its noticable.

When I saw it dripping down through the frame...I thought...Lovely....what a way to promote rust.

Thanks for the responses. Janster, I looked at your thread and now I at least can go see where it supposed to come from. I am wondering if it takes a long trip with A/C "on" in my part of the country, Idaho. The new CRV went on an approximately 150 mile trip (one way) with the A/C on the whole time. I've noticed that those that have responed live in a much more humid climate than I. Not sure about the humidity in in Capita's part of the continent.

PS: I just looked at the weather (NOAA) website the the humidity is currently 20%.

The condensate drain is just a nipple sticking out of the firewall. Not to worry, it's just dripping down inside your frame.

Mine did the first hot day I had it out with AC a goin. Still had the 30 day tags, I think it was about a week old. I saw something pooling under my truck and promptly pooped myself and ran out to check on it. Relaxed when I saw it was just agua.

Best part about all this? My mother was car shopping at the time, so all this took place at a Honda dealership. The salesmen hit me hard when we pulled in, thinking I was unhappy with the Taco and looking to trade for a Ridgeline

I told him I wasn't in the market for a minivan, but my mother wanted to test drive some Accords. :D
