    I have been searching for the right way to remove that panel. Any suggestions?

    You just pry it out.

    How do you go about removing the black face holding the three knobs? I'm trying to put some small strip of foam back there so the face piece doesn't move so easily. Thx in advance.

    go to www.superbrightleds.com they have a bulb finder to see which bulbs you need for any vehicle. not expensive at all
