A/C doesn't work...

    I have a 98 tacoma 2.4L 4cyl. with a 5spd. 235,000 miles; and a couple weeks after I purchased it winter 07 the A/C stopped working. I believe that the compressor completely seized up causing the A/C to stop working. As a daily driver in Kansas City, KS the summers can get really hot and humid what all do I need to do to to get A/C working again.
    I know I need a new compressor and an evaporator but what else is there to do?:confused:
