I have a 2007 Tacoma. My A/C stopped working. There is no air coming out of the vents when I turn it on, regardless of the fan speed. Any ideas where I need to start looking? Thanks.

Check the fuse first. Second make sure the fuse is receiving power.

My 06 just started doing the same thing. I hit the dash just below the AC/heater control and it starts working. In my trucks case it needs a new control with 133K miles. I have read threads on TW where the plugs going into the heater control had burnt terminals, mine does not have burnt terminals. Good luck.

2X check fuses. Does your truck have an cabin air filter? Is it blocked?

Does the blower motor turn on?

Can you hear the blower motor spinning/turning? If yes then ignore my previous reply. If no, then go to my first reply.

    Lol.

    Good point.

Before it stopped working, there was a clicking sound. Is it possible that one or more blades in the blower motor broke, and that was the sound I was hearing? I plan on pulling the blower motor out this evening and see how it looks.

Mine turned out to be a bad connection at the blower motor plug.

Verify that the blower motor plug is receiving 12 volts when the fan switch is on high and that should lead you to the culprit.

My resistor connector shit the bed. Replaced it and the resistor as a kit from AutoZone. No issues since. This is a common failure. Unplug the connector and you'll probably see a bad contact or two in it.

Also, pull the HVAC controls and inspect those plugs as well. There are several reports of toasty connectors there as well.
