    3 inch lift in back 1 1/2 front. 31' mesa A/T's. Alpine deck, alpine speakers, l5 kicker solo baric sub
    im just worried that i put all this money into my truck and my truck being a 2.4L wont have enough power to push 4 tires.... and is all the $$ worth it??

    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    The 22RE is a 2.4 and it was used in the earlier 4x4 pick-ups. The 2RZ will do fine if you decide to pursue this.

    yeah i mean i wannt to go this route i mean, this would be the best/most exspensive mod i would ever do and would pay off the most. im just worried about pricing and labor blah blah blah...

    NO. It's not worth it. Unless your truck was a really "rare" model, then you should just sell it and buy a 4x4. Especially if it's only a 4cyl. You'd be better off in the long run unless you are a really skilled mechanic, and had access to really cheap salvage parts to convert your 2wd to 4wd.
