    Just wanted to go on the record and give these guys the credit they deserve for some GREAT customer service. Had been talking with Matt for a week or 2 about an order I was going to place for some new wheels and tires. After going back and forth it came down to waiting for a certain promotion that I thought I would qualify for. Found out that I wasn't, but Matt went ahead and gave me a discount anyway just to make sure I was happy with the purchase.
    Got everything installed and the next day I went and got the TPMS sensors programmed. Everything was fine until later that day when the light came back on. Went a few days with it being on intermittently before I could go back into the shop for another program. They did a diagnostic and reprogram and gave me what I thought was a bit of BS on why it didn't take right the first time. I sent Matt a message asking his thoughts on it. Matt was on a vacation but I got a quick reply from one of his coworkers who asked my to call another coworker, Charlie. Charlie asked a bunch of questions to try to get to the bottom of it and we agreed I would drive it some and see what happened. Next day, went driving and the light came back on. Called Charlie back and spoke to him about it. He actually called the tire shop I had gone to himself to discuss the issue with one of their techs to try and make sure I got taken care of. 3 days now and, knock on wood, no light.
    So just a big thanks to Matt, Don and Charlie for some great customer service and you guys will hear from me when I'm ready for new tires down the road.
