I've been searching around about this, but everything I find seems like a 2nd gen problem occurring in the front end.
Trucks is a 2018 DCSB OR, bone stock with 200 miles on it. I've noticed very occasionally a clunk occurring when turning as described many times before, but mine seems more like a load shifting, I don't really feel it as much as hear it. I could be wrong, and I suspect I am, and its the 'other' clunk I've seen with the search, but I can't really find anything that reveals what is causing the clunk or how to fix it. I'm reluctant to take it to the dealer, as its very intermittent, and I have a feeling they will sit on it forever and return it to me with the 'could not duplicate' cop out excuse.
Is there a thread here somewhere related to Gen 3's clunking that explains/resolves the issue?

This has been discussed a bunch. I honestly just chalked it up to an IFS characteristic

I know its kinda been beaten to death, I figured the reason I can't find anything about the Gen 3s is because I'm just late to the party, but I also didn't find any type of resolution, other than the guy that replaced front end components with Lexus parts. If it were simply an IFS characteristic everybody's would be doing it, as would my wife's Murano, which doesn't seem to be the case.

Well, it did it again tonight on the way to work, pulling away from a stoplight going dead straight. Its definitely not a metal on metal noise, much more like something shifting. Best description I can think of aside from something shifting in the trunk of a car is a seat that was left tipped forward and returning to its normal position from acceleration. All the seats are back, nothing in the bed, the spare tire is mounted tightly. Anything else in/under these trucks that might shift under acceleration/cornering?

Do you have anything in the bed, bed storage pockets or the under seat storage bin that could be moving around. Sometimes with the window open I can hear my bungies or ratchet straps moving. Also my owners manuals in my glove box slide around making a noise and I accelerate or brake hard. Could be something stupid like that

Everything is empty except the glove box. I will take the manuals out and see what happens. Thanks for the idea
